I have been going to Southern Maine Veterinary Care for over 10 years. I’m always impressed by the straightforward answers and concern for the animals’ well-being as well as quality of life. Dr. Lynch, Dr. Schuld, and the vet techs are amazing with our large dogs, but their understanding, skill, and kindness really shine with our reactive dog, who went from being extremely scared to so excited to see his friends that he almost forgets the glass door needs to open before going through.

There aren’t enough kind words to describe Dr. Schuld and the entire staff at SMVC. I love that they follow up on my fur babies, and you can tell they all truly love their job and care about the animals they see. They are so good with my big four-legged babies, and my two children absolutely love Dr. Schuld. I couldn’t have asked for a better vet to find when I moved here!
